After you got your certificate (both key and cer files) , save it to your computer, and install SignSIS program to your cellphone. This SignSIS doesn't need to be registered or signed to pass through your cellphone validation, after you do that process. Now it's time to hack your phone.
I said this the easiest way because I believe this is the fastest and easiest way I can find.
1. Put the cer and key file to your memory card.
2. Put the HelloOX2 unsigned file into your memory card
3. Now open your SignSIS application in your phone (probably in application folder named Mobile Signer).
4. Run the program, and in your SIS text box, browse to your HelloOX unsigned file.
5. In key text box, browse to your key file (with extension .key)
6. In Cert file text box, browse to your cert file (with extension .cert)
7. In Password text box, input '1234' (without quote ')
8. Now press options and choose Sign.

After you do that, you will have HelloOX signed with your cellphone signature, run the signed HelloOX, and after you installed it in your cellphone, just look it at your application folder for program named HelloOX, press it......voila...all the process will be running by itself. You just sit tight and stay until it finished.

You can install any cracked application or games for now on.
